摘 要:为了提高交流励磁机的励磁性能,通过在交流励磁机的定子磁极上添加阻尼绕组,改善换相角对旋转整流器交流侧和直流侧电压电流的影响,减少换相角造成的负面影响。利用电路等效分析方法,对换相过程进行等效分析,利用有限元仿真软件结合场路耦合的方法来获得交流励磁机的输出电流电压波形。由电路等效以及场路耦合分析结果可以发现,换相角的存在会使输出的电压电流质量变差,通过在定子磁极上添加阻尼绕组,可以有效减小交流励磁机的换相角,同时提高电能质量。To improve the excitation performance of the AC exciter,the influence of the commutation angle on the voltage and current of the AC and DC sides of the rotary rectifier was reduced by adding damping windings to the stator poles of the AC exciter.The equivalent analysis of the commutation process was performed using the equivalent circuit analysis method,and the output current and voltage curves of the alternator were obtained using FEM simulation software combined with the field-circuit coupling method.The circuit equivalent and field coupling analysis show that the presence of commutation angle degrades the output voltage and current quality,so adding damped windings on the stator poles effectively reduces the phase change angle of the AC exciter while improving the power quality.
