摘 要:永磁同步电机长期运行后,会发生各种故障,例如退磁故障、匝间短路故障、轴承故障等,及时对电机故障进行诊断是一项重要工作。提出了一种基于数字孪生的永磁同步电机故障诊断方法,介绍了数字孪生技术的基本架构,根据永磁同步电机的物理实体参数,构建永磁同步电机数字孪生模型,并将其与故障诊断技术相结合,实现对永磁同步电机的匝间短路和退磁故障智能化诊断。After long-term operation,Permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSM)are inevitably prone to various faults,such as demagnetization faults,inter turn short circuit faults,bearing faults,etc.Timely diagnosis of motor faults is an important task.A fault diagnosis method of PMSM based on digital twin was proposed,and the basic structure of digital twin technology was introduced.According to the physical entity parameters of PMSM,the digital twin model of PMSM was constructed,and it was combined with fault diagnosis technology to realize intelligent diagnosis of turn to turn short circuit and demagnetization faults of PMSM.
