摘　　要：乘用车城市工况制动噪声一直以来都是行业的热点问题,也是行业的难点问题,如何缩短制动系统开发周期、加快制动系统研发进度,已经成为整车企业以及制动企业急需解决的难题。乘用车城市工况制动系统振动噪声试验方法主要围绕制动噪声与振动分类、试验所需器材介绍、测试要求、试验方法等内容进行介绍。详细阐述乘用车城市工况制动系统道路的试验方法以及过程中所有需求。Brake noise in passenger cars under urban working conditions has always been a hot issue in the industry,and it is also a diffi cult problem in the industry.How to shorten the development cycle of braking system and accelerate the research and development progress of braking system has become an urgent task for vehicle enterprises and brake enterprises.The vibration and noise test methods of the braking system of passenger cars under urban working conditions mainly focus on:the classifi cation of brake noise and vibration,the introduction of equipment required for the test,the test requirements,and the test methods.The study elaborates on the test methods for the road of the braking system for passenger cars in urban conditions and all the requirements in the process.
