摘　　要：文章主要针对上汽通用雪佛兰新赛欧EMT变速器车型汽车在行驶过程中偶发跳空档现象,主要是检查液压换挡操作机构中可能出现的故障原因,并且通过不断的分析、诊断和维修,最后排除这一故障的过程。由于此故障现象也可能会出现在液压执行机构的AMT变速器车型中,所以该故障分析也适用于使用这类变速器车型的分析。希望可以通过这次分析和维修,给处理这类车型的维修人员给予一定的帮助,提供此类故障维修的参考依据。This paper mainly focuses on the phenomenon of occasional shift gap in the driving process of SAIC-GM Chevrolet Chevrolet EMT transmission model cars,mainly to check the possible fault causes in the hydraulic shift operating mechanism,and finally eliminate the fault process through continuous analysis,diagnosis and maintenance.Since this fault phenomenon can also occur in AMT transmission models with hydraulic actuators,this failure analysis is also applicable to the analysis of vehicles using this type of transmission.It is hoped that through this analysis and maintenance,the maintenance personnel who deal with this type of model can be given some help,providing a reference basis for such fault maintenance.
