摘 要:装备制造业与生产性服务业融合成为中国经济高质量发展的重要路径之一,现有技术创新政策对两行业融合路径尚不明确。为此,基于2009—2018年相关面板数据,运用随机前沿分析方法(SFA)和动态fsQCA方法研究技术创新政策对装备制造业与生产性服务业融合技术效率的影响。研究发现:装备制造业与生产性服务业融合是多个前因条件协同作用的结果,具有多种前因组态,单一条件难以产生高融合技术效率;政府政策组合呈现高科学技术支持,非高政府采购的一般规律;高融合技术效率的条件组态伴随时代发展,由“孤注一掷”向“面面俱到”再到“内紧外松”逐步演化。研究结论对政府制定相关政策提供一定的理论依据。The enhancement of the value-added in the equipment manufacturing industry constitutes a significant force driving the high-quality development of the national economy.Influenced by changes in the international environment and domestic development imbalances,China s equipment manufacturing sector is grappling with a triple challenge involving high-tech bottlenecks,the depletion of demographic dividends,and regional disparities.Overcoming this predicament necessitates the mutual integration of the equipment manufacturing industry and producer services,facilitating the transition and upgrade of industrial dynamics.Scholars widely concur that the crux of this industrial integration lies in technological innovation and its dissemination.Serving as the intrinsic impetus behind industrial synergy,technological innovation acts as a“potent remedy”to surmount industry hardships,while concurrently acting as a“catalyst”to facilitate deep integration with the producer service sector.Termed the“industrial mother engine,”the equipment manufacturing industry is characterized by labor,capital,and technology-intensive operations,significantly impacting employment,investment,and technological advancement.Its extensive scope surpasses the capacities of individual enterprises,necessitating the rational allocation of societal resources through governmental policies.Thus,constructing scientifically effective technological innovation policies to bolster industrial innovation integration and optimizing policy systems and supporting institutional frameworks has emerged as a pressing focal point.Drawing on panel data from 2009 to 2018,this study employs the stochastic frontier analysis(SFA)and dynamic fsQCA methods to quantitatively scrutinize the technical efficiency of equipment manufacturing and producer service integration across 30 Chinese provinces,municipalities,and autonomous regions(excluding Tibet due to data limitations).Additionally,it assesses the impact of technological innovation policies on industrial integrati
