摘  要:陶瓷薄板和铝蜂窝板的热膨胀系数相差较大,在温度变化较大时将会产生较大的变形。以郑州市幕墙装饰工程为研究背景,基于ANSYS模拟软件进行简便有效的有限元分析,通过参数化建立模型,分析在温度荷载作用下,铝蜂窝芯尺寸和蜂窝蒙皮板对复合板变形量的影响,为减小温度变形提供技术控制措施,对于将陶瓷薄板-铝蜂窝复合板广泛应用于幕墙面板装饰有一定的借鉴与参考作用。Due to the significant difference in thermal expansion coefficient between ceramic thin plates and aluminum honeycomb plates,the composite plate will undergo significant deformation when the temperature changes significantly.Taking the curtain wall decoration project in Zhengzhou as the research background,a simple and effective finite element analysis was conducted based on ANSYS simulation software.By establishing a parameterized model,the influence of aluminum honeycomb core size and honeycomb skin plate on the deformation of composite panels under temperature loadwas analyzed,which provides technical control measures to reduce temperature deformation.This has a certain reference value for the widespread application of ceramic thin plate aluminum honeycomb composite plate in curtain wall panel decoration.
