摘 要:以中交四航局沙特阿美项目混凝土分项为背景,深入分析了两种先进的混凝土无损检测技术的应用案例。地质雷达(GPR)技术在吉赞商业港浮码头分项中准确地识别了混凝土结构内部的钢筋布局和潜在缺陷,判定了浮台混凝土结构的完整性;相控阵超声成像技术在立交桥项目中有效地评估了预应力后张法预制I梁的孔道灌浆质量,判定孔道压浆完整、饱满,灌浆质量良好,并为项目节约了成本和缩短工期。证明了在复杂和挑战性的工程环境中,无损检测技术的有效性和可靠性,而且为类似工程的无损检测实践提供了一定的参考依据。Taking the concrete sub-item of the Saudi Aramco project of CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Co.,Ltd.as the background,an in-depth analysis of the application cases of two advanced concrete non-destructive testing technologies was conducted.Ground penetrating radar(GPR)technology accurately identified the steel layout and potential defects inside the concrete structure in the Jizan Commercial Port floating dock sub-project,and determined the integrity of the floating dock concrete structure;Phased array ultrasonic imaging technology was used in the overpass project.The channel grouting quality of the prestressed post-tensioned prefabricated I-beam was effectively evaluated,and the channel grouting was determined to be complete and full,and the grouting quality was good,which saved costs and shortened the construction period for the project.It proves the effectiveness and reliability of non-destructive testing technology in complex and challenging engineering environments,and provides a certain reference basis for the practice of non-destructive testing in similar projects.
