摘　　要：文中以弋阳嘉园安置区棚户区改造项目为例,对沉降观测技术在建筑施工中的应用进行分析,保证建筑物的正常使用寿命和建筑物的安全性,并为以后的勘察设计施工提供可靠的资料,确保在今后的建筑的施工中能实现良好的施工质量控制。In this paper,taking Yiyang Jiayuan resettlement area shantytown renovation project as an example,the application of settlement observation technology in building construction was analyzed to ensure the normal service life and safety of buildings.It provides reliable data for future investigation,design and construction to ensure that good construction quality control can be achieved in the construction of buildings in the future.
