摘 要:根据我公司施工的天悦国际建设项目2#住宅楼铝合金模板体系,墙模板采用内四外五背楞体系,结合有限元方法对墙模板进行安全计算分析。通过有限元建模分析体系内应力及挠度变形,找出模板体系最不利受力位置,分析最大挠度变形及最大应力,并控制在规范允许范围内,从而保证了铝合金墙模板体系可靠性,为以后铝合金墙模板施工提供参考借鉴作用。According to the aluminum alloy formwork system of Tianyue International construction Project No.2 residential building constructed by my company,the wall formwork adopts the internal four external five back system,combined with the finite element method to calculate and analyze the safety of the wall formwork.Through finite element modeling analysis of the internal stress and deflection deformation of the system,the most disadvantageous force position of the formwork system was found out,and the maximum deflection deformation and maximum stress was analyzed.It is control within the allowable range of the specification,so as to ensure the reliability of the aluminum alloy wall formwork system,and provide a reference for the future construction of aluminum alloy wall formwork.
