摘  要:厦门某产业园一期项目2号楼C塔主体为框架-剪力墙连体结构,存在扭转不规则、偏心布置、凹凸不规则、尺寸突变、连体等多项不规则,两塔平面主轴方向动力特征差异较大,通过7层至屋面层钢结构桁架的强连接方式形成整体。连体结构的跨度30 m,基于抗震性能设计,通过计算、分析,设置合理的抗震性能目标,结合罕遇地震下的动力弹塑性时程分析,对薄弱部位及关键部位构件采取相应的加强措施;通过对转换桁架的受力分析、施工顺序模拟和舒适度验算,达到安全和使用舒适的目标。The 2#C Tower of first phase project in the Xiamen industrial park is a frame-shear wall with connective structure,which has some irregularities such as irregular torsion,eccentric arrangement,irregular plane,Structural width size mutation,and connective structure.The dynamic characteristics of the two towers are quite different in the plane spindle direction,and the whole is formed by the strong connection mode of steel structure truss from 7 floor to the roof.The span of the connective structure is 30 meters,based on the seismic performance design,setting reasonable seismic performance objective,combining with the dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis under rare earthquakes,and taking strengthening measures for the weak parts and key parts of the components to achieve the goal of safety and comfort through the stress analysis,construction sequence simulation and floor comfort of the transfer truss.
