摘　　要：以随州新能源项目的大跨度钢结构厂房石墨化车间为例,对插入式钢柱柱脚的主要做法和技术措施进行了研究,提出了通过设置一套可拆卸的定位机构对钢柱进行定位与临时固定,解决了现有技术中钢柱定位不准确的问题。进一步介绍了插入式钢柱柱脚的新技术包括混凝土基础、底座、定位机构等,详细说明了新技术的特点、工艺流程、操作要点等,总结了新技术与现有技术相比的有益效果,为大跨度钢结构厂房的插入式钢柱柱脚施工安装提供了施工经验,可在类似工程中借鉴和推广。Taking the graphitization workshop of the large-span steel structure plant in Suizhou New energy Project as an example,the main methods and technical measures of the column foot of the inserted steel column foot are studied,and a set of detachable positioning mechanism is put forward to position and temporarily fix the steel column,which solves the problem of inaccurate positioning of the steel column in available technology.This paper further introduces the new technology of inserted steel column foot,including concrete foundation,pedestal,positioning mechanism,etc.,describes the characteristics,process flow and operation points of the new technology in detail,summarizes the beneficial effect of the new technology compared with the available technology,and provides construction experience for the construction and installation of inserted steel column foot of large-span steel structure plant,which can be used for reference and popularization in similar projects.
