摘  要:结合雾封层和同步碎石封层经验,以乳化沥青作为胶结料配合玄武岩的撒布设计一种新型的水性环氧树脂(WER)乳化沥青小粒径碎石封层技术,并对封层材料配比展开研究。通过将胶结料喷洒量、小粒径碎石撒布量、不同粒径碎石的混合比例为三因素,构造深度、摆式摩擦系数BPN,1 h磨耗值为三水平设计正交试验,并将结果进行极差和方差分析表明:不同粒径碎石的混合比例是影响抗滑性能和耐磨耗性能的主要因素,而水性环氧树脂乳化沥青喷洒量对于荷载磨耗值的影响较大;而小粒径碎石撒布量对抗滑性能和磨耗性能的影响十分有限。为保证路面功能性的要求,设计参数为:胶结料喷洒量为0.6 kg/m^(2)+0.2 kg/m^(2),小粒径碎石0 mm~2.36 mm与2.36 mm~4.75 mm的比例选择为20∶80,撒布量选择为1.4 kg/m^(2)。Based on the experience of fog sealing layer and synchronous gravel sealing layer,this paper designs a new technology of water-epoxy emulsified asphalt with small diameter gravel sealing layer by using emulsified asphalt as binder and basalt spreading,and studies the ratio of sealing material.By taking the spraying amount of cement material,the spreading amount of small particle size gravel and the mixing proportion of different particle size gravel as three factors,the structure depth,the tilting friction coefficient BPN and the 1 h wear value as three levels,the orthogonal test is designed.The results are analyzed by range and variance.The mixing ratio of different particle size gravel is the main factor affecting the skid resistance and wear resistance,and the spraying amount of water-epoxy emulsified asphalt has a great influence on the load wear value.However,the influence of small particle size gravel spread on anti-sliding and wear properties is very limited.In order to ensure the functional requirements of the road surface,the design parameters are as follows:the spraying amount of binder is 0.6 kg/m^(2)+0.2 kg/m^(2),the ratio of small particle size gravel from 0 mm to 2.36 mm to 2.36 mm to 4.75 mm is selected as 20∶80,and the spreading amount is selected as 1.4 kg/m^(2).
