摘  要:建筑节能减碳是实现双碳目标两大战略的重要领域,寒冷地区公共建筑供热能耗普遍较高。公共建筑供暖目标是在节能减碳双控目标下实现精准补偿热负荷,并满足舒适要求。在调研公共建筑供热需求模式的基础上,根据反应系数法原理,应用特征温度法,研究分析高校供热与非供热房间各时间段不同人员工作状况下的动态热负荷和热环境,为北方公共建筑实现精准供热和热舒适提供了借鉴。The building energy efficiency and carbon reduction are important areas to achieve the two major strategies of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,and the heating energy efficiency of public buildings in cold areas is generally high.The goal of public building heating is to accurately compensate for the heating load and meet the comfort requirements under the dual control goal of energy efficiency and carbon reduction.On the basis of investigating the heating demand mode of public buildings,the paper analyzes the dynamic heat load and thermal environment of heating and non-heating rooms in colleges and universities under different working conditions of different personnel in different time periods according to the principle of response coefficient rational and the characteristic temperature method,which will be having certain use for reference of accurate heating and thermal comfort in public buildings.
