摘 要:隧道内二氧化碳、一氧化碳、瓦斯等有毒有害气体浓度过高不仅会降低作业人员施工效率,影响工程进度,还会对作业人员的生命安全造成严重威胁,由于特长隧道掘进距离长,隧道内有毒有害气体更易积聚,研究特长隧道施工通风方案尤为重要。以新建深圳至深汕合作区铁路龙岗隧道为工程背景,通过对风量计算及设备选型完成了特长隧道施工通风方案设计。由风量计算可知,隧道最小风速需风量Q风>隧道排烟需风量Q排>内燃机需风量Q内>作业人员需风量Q人,最大计算需风量为Q风=1371.6 m^(3)/min;由风压计算可知,风管最大风压为1800.2 Pa,为了确保风管接头处的气密性,可采用具有阻燃性PVC材质的柔性风筒;工程实践表明,采用斜井独头压入式的施工通风方案能够满足工程需求。The high concentration of toxic and harmful gases such as carbon dioxide,carbon monoxide and gas in the tunnel will not only reduce the construction efficiency of the workers,affect the progress of the project,but also pose a serious threat to the life safety of the workers.Due to the long tunneling distance of the super-long tunnel,the toxic and harmful gases in the tunnel are more likely to accumulate,so it is particularly important to study the ventilation scheme of the extra-long tunnel construction.Based on the engineering background of Longgang Tunnel of Shenzhen-Shenshan Cooperation Zone Railway,this paper completes the ventilation scheme design of extra-long tunnel construction through air volume calculation and equipment selection.According to the calculation of air volume,the minimum wind speed of the tunnel requires air volume Q wind>tunnel smoke exhaust requires air volume Q exhaust>internal combustion engine requires air volume Q>operating personnel requires air volume Q,and the maximum calculated air volume is Q wind=1371.6 m^(3)/min;according to the calculation of wind pressure,the maximum wind pressure of the air duct is 1800.2 Pa.In order to ensure the air tightness at the joint of the air duct,a flexible air duct with flame retardant PVC material is adopted.The engineering practice shows that the construction ventilation scheme of inclined shaft single head pressure can meet the engineering requirements.
