摘 要:城市地铁隧道施工扰动会引起邻近高层建筑产生沉降现象,严重时引起建筑倾覆,威胁公共安全。青岛市中区某大厦距离青岛火车站200 m,地铁1号线侧穿于该大厦,为保证大厦运营安全,基于ABAQUS软件平台结合单元删除算法、D-P(Drucker-Prager塑性准则)准则以开展隧道开挖扰动对该大厦的稳定性影响。结果表明:隧道施工引起地表最大沉降值为18.23 mm,满足《建筑地基基础设计规范》要求。框架结构底层柱弯矩、轴向力最大,随着层高增加,弯矩、轴向力值逐渐减小。建议隧道每日掘进进度为10 m左右,同时可以采用螺纹钢树脂锚杆支护方案以降低地表沉降危害。Urban subway tunnel construction disturbance will cause settlement of adjacent high-rise buildings,and even cause overturning of buildings in serious cases,which threatens public safety.A building in Qingdao Central District is 200 m away from Qingdao Railway Station,and Metro Line 1 runs through the building on the side.In order to ensure the safety of the building’s operation,this paper analyzes the influence of tunnel excavation disturbance on the stability of the building based on ABAQUS software platform integrating with the unit deletion algorithm and the Drucker-Prager plasticity criterion(D-P).The results show that:the maximum surface settlement value caused by tunnel construction is 18.23 mm,which meets the requirements of Code for Design of Building Foundation.The bending moment and axial force of the bottom column of the frame structure are the largest,and the bending moment and axial force values gradually decrease with the increase of the height.It is suggested that the daily tunneling progress of the tunnel should be about 10 m,and the rebar resin bolt support scheme can be adopted to reduce the harm of surface settlement.
