维胺酯胶囊联合夫西地酸乳膏治疗中重度寻常型痤疮的效果及对皮损程度、美学评分的影响

摘　　要：目的探究维胺酯胶囊联合夫西地酸乳膏治疗中重度寻常型痤疮的效果。方法选择2021年1月至2022年2月收治的64例中重度寻常型痤疮患者进行研究,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组接受夫西地酸乳膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用维胺酯胶囊。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组的粉刺、丘疹、脓包、结节数量均少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组的红斑、毛孔、紫质评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组的经表皮水分丢失、皮肤油脂水平低于对照组,角质层含水量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论维胺酯胶囊联合夫西地酸乳膏治疗中重度寻常型痤疮不仅能增强治疗效果、降低皮损程度,还能提高美学评分及皮肤屏障功能,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of viaminate capsules combined with fusidic acid cream in the treatment of moderate to severe acne vulgaris.Methods Sixty-four patients with moderate to severe acne vulgaris admitted from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected for the study and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fusidic acid cream,and the observation group was treated with viaminate capsules.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the numbers of pimples,papules,pustules and nodules in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the scores of erythema,pore and sclererythrin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the epidermal water loss and skin oil level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the water content of the stratum corneum was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Viamidate capsules combined with fusidic acid cream in the treatment of moderate to severe acne vulgaris can not only enhance the therapeutic effect,reduce the skin lesions degree,but also improve the aesthetic score and skin barrier function,which is worthy of promotion.
