疏肝和胃汤加减联合常规西药方案治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎肝气犯胃证的效果及对miR-26a、miR-32表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨疏肝和胃汤加减联合常规西药方案治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)肝气犯胃证的效果。方法择取2020年8月至2022年8月就诊的80例CAG患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规西药方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加疏肝和胃汤加减。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平及Cyclin E低于对照组,E-钙黏蛋白(E-Cad)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的miR-26a表达水平高于对照组,miR-32表达水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏肝和胃汤加减联合常规西药方案治疗CAG能够提升临床效果,减轻炎症反应,调节miR-26a、miR-32表达,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of modified Shugan Hewei decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with liver Qi invading stomach syndrome.Methods A total of 80 patients with CAG who were admitted from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Shugan Hewei decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and Cyclin E in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of E-cadherin(E-Cad)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression level of miR-26a in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the expression level of miR-32 was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Shugan Hewei decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of CAG can improve the clinical effect,reduce the inflammatory response,and regulate the expression of miR-26a and miR-32,which is worthy of promotion.
