资本二重性视域下数字平台资本的特性分析与运行规范

摘　　要：数字平台资本是数字经济时代新的资本形态,在社会经济发展中扮演着重要角色。对数字平台资本进行正确把握与规范,是使其更好地服务于社会主义市场经济的前提。马克思资本二重性理论为分析数字平台资本的特性提供了理论支持,数字平台资本既是特定历史阶段生产关系的具体体现,又作为生产要素存在于经济运行中。在运用马克思资本二重性理论对数字平台资本进行分析的基础上,揭示当下数字平台资本具有的下沉渗透特性、无序扩张特性和技术崇拜特性。对数字平台资本的运行进行规范,要不断探索数据要素的产权界定机制,健全完善要素参与分配制度;以法的制导规范数字平台资本行为,促进数字平台资本有序发展;推动数字平台经济与实体经济融合,以消解数字平台资本技术崇拜。Digital platform-based capital has become an important form of capital,which plays an important role in social and economic development.To better manage and regulate the digital platform-based capital is the premise to make it better serve the socialist market economy.Marx’s theory of the duality of capital provides the theoretical support for analyzing the characteristics of digital platform-based capital,which not only embodies the concrete production relations in a specific historical stage,but also inheres in economic operations as a factor of production.On the basis of analyzing the digital platform-based capital with Marx’s theory of duality of capital,this paper reveals the characteristics of sinking penetration,sequential expansion and technology worship concerning digital platform-based capital.To standardize the operation of digital platform-based capital,it is necessary to constantly explore the delimitation of property rights of various digital elements and improve a distribution system where all digital elements can have a say.Meanwhile,it is also vital to standardize capital behavior on digital platforms under the guidance of law and promote the orderly development of digital platform-based capital.Finally,it is imperative to promote the integration of digital platform-based economy with the real economy so as to offset or eliminate the morbid worship of digital platform-based capital and technology.
