摘 要:针对巷道穿越断层构造区支护失效、局部顶板冒落、片帮等问题,以兖矿集团鲍店煤矿7304胶带顺槽为工程背景,根据巷道变形破坏特征和破坏原因,提出了“双壳刚柔耦合”注浆支护技术,对原支护技术方案进行了优化设计,通过数值模拟和现场试验验证了优化支护方案的可行性。结果表明,采用优化支护方案后,巷道顶底板最大移近量和两帮最大收敛分别为105.5 mm、121.8 mm,顶板离层量变化幅度在6 mm以内,有效提高了巷道围岩的稳定性。Aiming at the problems of support failure,local roof caving,wall caving and so on in the fault structure area where the roadway passes through,taking the 7304 tape groove of Baodian Coal Mine in Yankuang Group as the engineering background,the"double shell rigid flexible coupling"grouting support technology is proposed according to the roadway deformation and failure characteristics and causes.The original support technology scheme is optimized and designed,and the feasibility of the optimized support scheme is verified through numerical simulation and on-site experiments.The results show that after adopting the optimized support scheme,the maximum displacement amount of the roof and floor of the roadway and the maximum convergence of the two sides are 105.5 mm and 121.8 mm,respectively.The variation amplitude of the roof separation amount is within 6 mm,effectively improving the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway.
