摘  要:针对唐口煤矿的多断层、高应力等冲击地压危险诱发因素,在常规煤体卸压技术基础上,提出了分段扩孔卸压技术、一孔多用卸压技术及沿空顺槽跨面超前预卸压技术,构建了适于高应力巷帮的递进式卸压解危技术体系。研究表明:分段扩孔卸压技术采用巷帮浅部小孔径-深部大孔径的钻孔方式,提高了巷帮深部高应力区卸压效果,施工效率提高至1.4倍;一孔多用卸压技术包括浅孔“钻+切”技术和深孔“钻+压+注”技术,每百米总钻进量为常规卸压技术的66%;沿空顺槽定向断顶-跨面预卸压技术有效减少了下一工作面顺槽的卸压孔数量,达到了临邻近两工作面顶板来压、下一工作面顺槽掘进支承压力一次性削弱的目的。Aiming at the rock burst hazards triggering factors of multiple faults,high stress and other in Tangkou Coal Mine,on the basis of conventional coal body pressure relief technology,segmented hole expansion pressure relief technology,one hole multi-purpose pressure relief technology,and cross face advance pre pressure relief technology for the groove along goaf are proposed,and a progressive pressure relief and hazard relief technology system suitable for high stress roadway side is constructed.The research shows that the segmented hole expansion and pressure relief technology adopts a drilling method of small aperture in the shallow part of the roadway side and large aperture in the deep part,which improves the pressure relief effect in the high stress area of the roadway side and increases the construction efficiency to 1.4 times;One hole multi-purpose pressure relief technology includes shallow hole"drilling+cutting"technology and deep hole"drilling+pressing+injecting"technology,with a total drilling volume of 66%per 100 meters of conventional pressure relief technology;The directional roof breaking-cross face pre pressure relief technology for the groove along goaf effectively reduces the number of pressure relief holes in the next working face groove,achieving the purpose of weakening the roof weighting of the adjacent two working faces and the excavation support pressure of the next working face groove in one go.
