摘 要:某工程项目要求大口径高温高压蒸汽长距离输送管线在设计工况下的温降为3~5℃/km,针对该严苛的保温要求,研究构建了完整的蒸汽管线多层保温散热损失数学模型。通过模型的大量迭代计算,实现了在不同环境条件下对蒸汽管线不同方式热损失的量化模拟。对气凝胶与传统保温材料进行优化组合,设计了满足工程项目要求的6层气凝胶+2层微孔硅酸钙+聚氨酯的大口径长距离输送蒸汽管线保温方案;对工程施工环节中可能影响保温效果的因素进行了分析,提出了针对性的完善措施。A certain engineering project requires a temperature drop of 3~5℃/km for large-diameter long-distance pipeline transporting high-temperature and high-pressure steam under design conditions.In response to the strict insulation requirements,a complete mathematical model for multi-layer insulation and heat dissipation loss of steam pipelines has been studied and constructed.Through numerous iterative calculations of the model,the goal of quantitatively simulating heat loss of steam pipeline under different environmental conditions has been achieved.By optimizing the combination of aerogel and traditional thermal insulation materials,the thermal insulation scheme of large-diameter long-distance steam transmission pipeline with 6 layers of aerogel+2 layers of microporous calcium silicate+polyurethane was designed to meet the engineering requirements.The factors that may affect the thermal insulation effect in the construction process were analyzed,and the necessary improvement measures were put forward.
