摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展、新型功能性材料的研发、各种科学技术和制备工艺的更替优化,喷墨打印技术在内的印刷电子技术在印刷电子、印刷光子、能源电池、显示技术、生物印刷等领域发挥出重要作用。文章列举大量研究成果及实例,说明喷墨打印技术在印刷电子制造领域的应用及发展情况,并对该技术现有待解决的问题和未来的发展方向及前景进行分析。With the development of information technology,the research and development of new functional materials,and the replacement and optimization of various scientific technologies and preparation processes,printing electronics technology,including inkjet printing,has played an important role in printing electronics,printing photonics,energy batteries,display technology,bioprinting,and other fields.This article will list a large number of research achievements and examples to illustrate the application and development of inkjet printing technology in the field of printing and electronic manufacturing,and the existing problems to be solved and the future development direction and prospects of this technology will be analyzed.
