摘　　要：国防军工计量的职责是保证军工产品科研、生产和试验过程中计量单位统一、测量过程受控和测量数据准确。随着我国高技术军工产品的质量不断提高,对其管理与监督的能力和效率的要求也越来越高。本文设想开发一套高效可靠的国防军工计量管理与监督信息系统,并探索适用于其管理与监督的新模式,从而实现规范化、系统化和智能化,为武器装备科研生产提供准确高效的计量保证。The duty of national defense military measurement is to ensure uniform measurement units,controlled measurement processes and accurate measurement data in the process of scientific research,production and testing of military products.With the continuous improvement of the quality of high-tech military products in our country,the requirements for the ability and efficiency of management and supervision are getting higher and higher.This paper envisage the development of an efficient and reliable national defense measurement management and supervision information system,and explore a new mode suitable for its management and supervision,so as to achieve standardization,systematization and intelligence,and provide accurate and efficient measurement guarantee for the scientific research and production of weapons and equipment.
