摘  要:目前,针对环氧干式变压器浇注和干燥工序的物流系统,主要由RGV及其子车构成,其中子车作为承载工具,需要与绕组一起进入烘箱或浇注罐经历高温工艺过程。本文结合实际浇注罐和烘箱的布置情况,设计智能物流系统;在此基础上对传统RGV及其子车系统进行改造,使其子车增加升降功能;在整个生产工序中,子车只是转运载具,通过升降功能只把托盘和绕组留在烘箱或者浇注罐内。在实现相同生产工序的情况下,有效提高了生产效率,并减少了设备的投资成本。At present,for the logistics system of epoxy dry-type transformer casting and drying processes,it mainly consists of RGV and its sub vehicles.As a load-bearing tool,the sub vehicles need to enter the oven or casting tank together with the coil to undergo high-temperature process.This article designs an intelligent logistics system based on the actual arrangement of pouring tanks and ovens.On this basis,traditional RGV and its sub vehicle systems wili be modified to add lifting and lowering functions to their sub vehicles.In the entire production process,the sub truck only transfers the vehicle,and only leaves the tray and coil in the oven or pouring tank through the lifting function.Under the same production process,it effectively improves the efficiency of tea production and reduces the investment cost of equipment.
