摘　　要：19000个混凝土锥,模板网格和锚固点布置是安藤忠雄设计的极简裸露混凝土建筑的特色之一,安藤与卡尔斯鲁厄市的当地建筑事务所Archis一起设计建造的维森堡总部大楼也具有这一特色。来自维利希小镇的Maro是一家生产锚固点组件的公司,该公司认为密封材料选取合适是使密封有效的重要标准。锚固点的有些开口是由插入模板的盲锥(凹槽体)造成的,使用盲锥体只为构造典型的网格外观,并不需要密封。其中一个挑战是使用于加固现浇混凝土模板的真正的锚固点看起来一模一样。在部分外墙面上,为了防止污渍,需要进行浅层锚固;在防火墙上,需要进行灌浆处理;而在其他墙面上,则只需要进行简单的密封处理。The formwork grid and the ar-rangement of the anchoring points are among the features of Tadao Ando's minimalist ex-posed concrete architecture.This is also the case with Weisenburger's headquarters building in Karlsruhe,which Ando realised together with lo-cal architecture office Archis.For Maro from Willich,which manufactures the components for the anchoring points,the right seal is an important crite-rion for their effectiveness.Some of the openings were created by blind cones(recess bodies),which are inserted into the formwork.These are usedmerelyto create theappearance ofatypicalgrid and do notneedto be sealed.One challenge was to make the real anchoring points,needed tostiffenthein-situconcrete formwork,lookidentical.
