摘  要:【目的】筛选经济、高效的植物生长调节剂,为高品质阳光玫瑰生产提供技术支撑。【方法】以甘肃天水7年生阳光玫瑰为试验材料,采用两种自配(GA3+CPPU,GA3+TDZ)和两种商品植物生长调节剂(DBY,阳光玫瑰专用)处理果穗,研究各处理对阳光玫瑰果实品质的影响,并分析各处理的成本。【结果】4种植物生长调节剂对阳光玫瑰均有保果、膨大和无核作用,可在甘肃天水及同类型气候区推广使用。其中GA320 mg/kg+CPPU 3 mg/kg处理的果穗最小,为825.19 g;空心率最低,为28.90%;无核化率最高,为93.33%,处理成本最低,为15元/亩(667m2)。GA320 mg/kg+TDZ 2.5 mg/kg处理的单穗质量较大,为1012.29 g;无核化率最高,为93.33%;处理成本较低,为20元/亩(667m2)。DBY处理具有较高的单穗质量(1071.41 g)、较低的空心率(30.12%)和最高的维生素C含量(1.67 mg/100 g)和固酸比(52.29),但处理成本最高,为90元/亩(667m2)。阳光玫瑰专用调节剂处理后具有最高的单穗质量(1141.52 g)和相对较低的空心率(36.67%),处理成本居中,为60元/亩(667m2)。【结论】商品植物生长调节剂的处理成本较高,但容易推广应用。自配植物生长调节剂处理成本较低,但需要熟练掌握调配技术。不同种植者可以根据生产需要选择使用不同植物生长调节剂。【Objective】Screening economical and efficient plant growth regulators to provide technical support for the production of high-quality‘Shine Muscat’grape.【Methods】The 7-year-old of Shine Muscat in Tianshui area of Gansu province was used as experimental materials.Two kinds of self-made(GA 3+CPPU,GA 3+TDZ)and two kinds of commercial plant growth regulators(DBY,special regulator for Shine Muscat)were used to treat the spike,the effect of different treatments on the quality of Shine Muscat fruit was studied,and the cost of each treatment was analyzed.【Results】The results showed that the four plant growth regulators had fruit-preserving,expanding and seedless effects on Shine Muscat,which could be popularized in Tianshui area and the same type of climatic region in Gansu province.The treatment of GA 320 mg/kg+CPPU 3 mg/kg had the smallest bunch mass(825.19 g),the lowest hollow rate(28.90%),the highest seedless rate(93.33%)and the lowest treatment cost(15 RMB/667 m 2).GA 320 mg/kg+TDZ 2.5 mg/kg had higher bunch mass(1012.29 g),highest seedless rate(93.33%)and lower treatment cost(20 RMB/667 m 2).DBY treatment had higher bunch mass(1071.41 g)and lower hollow rate(30.12%),the highest content of Vitamin C(1.67 mg/100g)and the highest solid acid ratio(52.29),but the treatment cost was the highest at 90 RMB/667 m 2.After treated with special plant growth regulator for Shine Muscat,the bunch mass(1141.52 g)and the hollow rate(36.67%)were the highest and the cost of treatment was in the middle(60 RMB/667 m 2).【Conclusion】The commercial plant growth regulators have higher treatment costs,but they are easy to spread and apply.The cost of self-formulated plant growth regulators is lower,but it is necessary to master the blending technology skillfully.Therefore,different growers can choose to use plant growth regulators according to the actual situation.
