摘 要:采用绿色低共熔溶剂(DES)优化喜树果中黄酮成分的提取工艺.合成12种DES溶剂,通过单因素结合Box-Behnken响应面法优化提取工艺,从中筛选出提取率最高的DES组合.结果表明,最优工艺条件为:液料比为61∶1、氯化胆碱与柠檬酸的摩尔比为2∶3、含水量为20%、提取时间为51 min.该工艺的喜树果总黄酮提取率达3.29%,是传统有机溶剂提取法的3倍.该研究为喜树果的开发利用提供了参考,也为中药材活性成分的绿色提取提供了一定的借鉴.The extraction process of Fructus Camptothecae was optimized by using green deep eutectic solvents(DESs).Twelve kinds of DESs were synthesized,and the highest extraction rate of the DESs combination were screened by using a single factor combined with Box-Behnken response surface method extraction process.The results showed that the optimal process conditions were liquid-to-material ratio of 61∶1,molar ratio of choline chloride to citric acid of 2∶3,water content 20%,extraction time 51 minutes.The extraction rate of total flavonoids from Camptotheca acaciae reached 3.29%,which was 3 times of the traditional organic solvent extraction method.This study laid the foundation for the development and utilization of Camptotheca acuminata,and also provided certain reference for the green extraction of active ingredients of Chinese medicinal materials.
