摘 要:西北工区X井前期冲砂过程中砂埋22.67m,修井液大量漏失无返出,常规的冲砂方法存在地层砂沉砂卡钻的风险。采用柔性管喷射处理井筒工艺,冲砂喷头喷嘴处节流形成强冲击力驱使岩屑运动,使用压裂车,采用酸液或磨料射流配合高压水龙头及水龙带进行水射流冲洗破岩,从而达到破碎大岩块、清洗井底的效果。高压柔性管水力喷射处理易坍塌裸眼井段的工艺,为后期类似施工井提供参考。In the early sand-flushing process of Well X in the Northwest Operation Area,the well bottom was plugged back to 22.67m,and a large amount of workover fluid leaked without returns.Conventional sand flushing methods posed risks of formation sand sinking and jamming.By using the flexible pipe jetting process,a jetting nozzle at the sand flushing head was used to form a strong impact force to drive rock debris movement.Using a fracturing truck,acid or abrasive jetting was employed with a high-pressure water tap and water pipe for water jetting to break rocks.This achieved the effect of crushing large rock blocks and cleaning the well bottom.The hydraulic jetting treatment with the high-pressure flexible pipe for collapsing open hole provides a reference for similar wells in the later period.
