石油射孔用民爆器材安全销毁的实践与认识

摘　　要：为实现安全高效销毁不再使用的石油射孔作业民爆用品和相关器材,参照有关爆破安全规程、危险货物道路运输规则及废火药、炸药、弹药、引信及民爆品处理、销毁与贮运安全技术要求,通过近年来的不断实践探索与研究,形成了包括石油射孔弹在内的民爆用品安全销毁实践做法,涵盖准备工作、销毁地点的选择、安全运输与装卸、销毁安全作业要求、验证与应急处置等全过程,为国内同行开展同类研究和销毁作业实施提供有益的参考。To ensure the secure and efficient disposal of explosive materials,with a specific focus on discontinuing the use of such materials and associated equipment in oilfield perforation,this article meticulously examines pertinent explosive safety regulations,guidelines for the road transport of hazardous materials,and technical specifications for the safe disposal of waste fireworks,explosives,ammunition,and fuses.Drawing on years of continuous practical exploration and research,a comprehensive set of safe disposal practices for explosive materials,including oilfield perforation charges,has been developed.The outlined process encompasses preparation,site selection,safe transportation and unloading,adherence to safety disposal operation requirements,verification,and contingency measures.This article serves as a valuable reference for counterparts in the field,aiding them in conducting similar research and implementing disposal operations.
