摘　　要：随着氯碱工业生产自动化程度的不断提升,控制仪表在生产中的作用愈来愈突出,本文针对离子膜烧碱装置在运行过程中控制仪表出现异常情况的原因进行分析,提出科学有效的处理措施,确保离子膜烧碱装置长期稳定运行,实现企业最佳经营效益。With the continuous improvement of automation in chlor-alkali industry,the role of control instruments in production is becoming more and more prominent,in this paper,the reasons for the abnormal situation of the control instrument in the operation of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda plant are analyzed,and the scientific and effective treatment measures and solutions are quickly put forward.In order to reduce the resulting stop loss,to ensure the long-term stable operation of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda plant,to achieve the best operating benefits of enterprises.
