摘　　要：通过对乙烯全平衡法生产氯乙烯装置的节能降耗研究,探索氯乙烯生产过程中的节能降耗技术和措施。The purpose of this study is to explore energy-saving and consumption reduction technologies and measures in the production process of vinyl chloride by studying the energy-saving and consumption reduction of ethylene fully balanced production equipment.
