摘 要:电力系统的运行方式和结构日益复杂,源发故障引发大停电事故的概率也随之增加。为了预防连锁跳闸事故的发生,提出一种考虑连锁跳闸的多目标最优潮流方法。首先,根据电力系统后备保护的动作行为,利用线路电气参数来制定电网的安全裕度指标;其次,以安全裕度最高和发电成本最低为目标,考虑电网相关的约束条件,建立基于安全性和经济性的多目标最优潮流模型。针对此模型,结合粒子群算法,给出具体的求解算法及其流程。最后,利用IEEE 39节点系统进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明,所提方法可以同时兼顾安全性和经济性的要求,即按该方法得到的电网潮流运行状态不仅能降低发电成本,还能提高电网对于连锁跳闸的安全性。The operation mode and structure of the power system are becoming more and more complex,and the probability of blackout caused by source fault is also increasing.In order to prevent the occurrence of cascading trip accidents,this paper proposes a multi-objective optimal power flow model considering cascading trip.Firstly,according to the action behavior of backup protection in the power system,the study establishes the safety margin index of the power grid by using branch electrical parameters.Secondly,with the goal of maximizing safety margin and minimizing power generation cost,and considering the constraints related to the power grid,it builds a multi-objective optimal power flow model considering safety and economy.Aiming at this model,this paper combines particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm to give a specific solution algorithm and its flow.Finally,it uses the IEEE 39 node system for simulation verification.The simulation results show that the proposed model can take into account the requirements of security and economy at the same time,that is to say,the power flow operation status obtained by this method can not only reduce power generation costs,but also improve the safety of the power grid against cascading trips.
