中药饮片黄芪对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素分泌功能和胰岛素抵抗的影响

摘　　要：目的研究中药饮片黄芪对2型糖尿病胰岛素分泌功能和胰岛素抵抗的价值。方法97例2型糖尿病患者,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组(48例)和观察组(49例)。对照组采用常规疗法,观察组采用常规疗法联合中药饮片黄芪治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、血清C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、血浆胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数。结果治疗后,观察组空腹血糖(6.01±1.99)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(8.12±1.92)mmol/L均低于对照组的(7.48±1.50)、(9.08±1.53)mmol/L(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清C反应蛋白(2.56±0.48)mg/L、肿瘤坏死因子-α(26.73±4.99)ng/L、血浆胰岛素(10.21±1.91)mU/L、胰岛素抵抗指数(2.56±0.48)均低于对照组的(3.92±0.73)mg/L、(34.13±6.33)ng/L、(13.08±2.43)mU/L、(3.92±0.73)(P<0.05)。结论中药饮片黄芪对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素分泌功能和胰岛素抵抗有积极影响,值得推荐。Objective To study the value of Chinese herbal pieces of Radix Astragali on islet secretion and insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 97 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into a control group(48 cases)and an observation group(49 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with conventional therapy combined with Chinese herbal pieces of Radix Astragali.The fasting glucose,2 h postprandial glucose,serum C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α,plasma insulin and insulin resistance index were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the observation group had fasting glucose of(6.01±1.99)mmol/L and 2 h postprandial glucose of(8.12±1.92)mmol/L,which were higher than(7.48±1.50)and(9.08±1.53)mmol/L in the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had serum C-reactive protein of(2.56±0.48)mg/L,tumor necrosis factor-αof(26.73±4.99)ng/L,plasma insulin of(10.21±1.91)mU/L,and insulin sensitivity index of(2.56±0.48),which were lower than(3.92±0.73)mg/L,(34.13±6.33)ng/L,(13.08±2.43)mU/L,and(3.92±0.73)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal pieces of Radix Astragali has positive effects on insulin secretion and insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.It is worthy of recommendation.
