摘 要:目的评估膝关节功能锻炼在骨科术后患者恢复中的应用效果。方法90例骨科术后患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组45例。实验组患者进行膝关节功能锻炼(运动训练、康复器械使用等),对照组患者接受传统康复治疗。比较两组并发症发生情况、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及膝关节功能评分、关节稳定性评分、屈曲角度。结果实验组VAS评分为(3.5±1.2)分,对照组为(5.8±1.4)分;实验组膝关节功能评分为(78.6±5.2)分,对照组为(65.2±4.8)分;实验组关节稳定性评分为(8.2±0.9)分,对照组为(6.4±1.2)分;实验组屈曲角度为(110.0±5.0)°,对照组为(95.0±6.0)°;实验组VAS评分低于对照组,膝关节功能评分、关节稳定性评分高于对照组,屈曲角度大于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率为4.44%(2/45),低于对照组的17.78%(8/45),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论膝关节功能锻炼在骨科术后患者恢复中具有显著的应用效果,通过适当的运动训练和康复器械使用可以减轻患者的疼痛感,提高膝关节的功能评分,并促进肌力的恢复,因此,在骨科手术后的康复过程中积极进行膝关节功能锻炼是一种值得推广的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the application effect of knee joint functional exercise in postoperative recovery of patients with orthopedic surgery.Methods 90 postoperative patients with orthopedic surgery were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 45 patients in each group.The experimental group underwent knee joint functional exercise(exercise training and the use of rehabilitation equipment),and the control group only received conventional rehabilitation treatment.The incidence of complications,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,knee joint function score,joint stability score and flexion angle were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score of the experimental group was(3.5±1.2)points and that of the control group was(5.8±1.4)points.The knee joint function score of the experimental group was(78.6±5.2)points,and that of the control group was(65.2±4.8)points.The joint stability score of the experimental group was(8.2±0.9)points,and that of the control group was(6.4±1.2)points.The flexion angle was(110.0±5.0)°in the experimental group and(95.0±6.0)°in the control group.The VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the knee joint function score and joint stability score were higher than that of the control group,and the flexion angle was greater than that of the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was 4.44%(2/45),which was lower than 17.78%(8/45)of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Knee joint functional exercise has a significant application effect in postoperative recovery of patients with orthopedic surgery.Through appropriate exercise training and the use of rehabilitation equipment,patients can reduce pain,improve knee joint function scores,and promote muscle strength recovery.Therefore,actively engaging in knee joint functional exercise during the rehabilitation process after orthopedic surgery is
