臭氧水疗联合婴儿润肤乳治疗婴儿湿疹的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨臭氧水疗联合婴儿润肤乳治疗婴儿湿疹的应用效果。方法选取2021年9月至2022年9月于南阳市第一人民医院皮肤科就诊的98例湿疹患儿,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各49例。给予对照组婴儿润肤乳治疗,在对照组治疗方案的基础上,给予观察组臭氧水疗,2组均连续治疗2周。比较2组临床疗效、血清细胞因子[白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)、白细胞介素5(IL-5)和干扰素γ(IFN-γ)]水平、生活质量[用婴儿皮肤病学生活质量指数(IDLQI)评估]及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.88%,明显高于对照组的79.59%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IL-2、IL-4、IL-5水平明显低于对照组,而IFN-γ水平高于对照组(均P<0.001);观察组治疗前后IDLQI评分差值亦明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论臭氧水疗联合婴儿润肤乳在湿疹患儿中疗效较好,能够缓解患儿皮痒、皮损症状,调节细胞因子水平,减轻炎症反应,利于提高患儿生活质量,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the effect of ozone hydrotherapy combined with infant moisturizer on infantile eczema.Methods A total of 98 cases of infantile eczema admitted to Department of Dermatology,Nanyang First People’s Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were randomly treated with infantile eczema alone(control group,n=49)or in combination with ozone hydrotherapy(observation group,n=49)for 2 weeks.Clinical efficacy,serum levels of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-5(IL-5)and interferon-gamma(IFN-γ),score of Infant’s Dermatitis Quality of Life Index(IDLQI),and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-2,IL-4 and IL-5 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while IFN-γlevels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Furthermore,the difference in IDLQI score before and after treatment in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of ozone hydrotherapy and infant moisturizer for infantile eczema can effectively and safety relieve the symptoms of itching and skin lesions,regulate cytokine levels,reduce inflammation,and improve the quality of life.
