摘  要:目的探究回授法联合微信健康教育对永久性膀胱造瘘患者生活质量的影响。方法采用目的抽样方法将2022年1—6月行永久性膀胱造瘘患者48例归为对照组,2022年7—12月行永久性膀胱造瘘患者44例归为干预组。对照组采用一对一口头方式进行健康教育;干预组在对照组的基础上采用回授法联合微信进行健康教育,期间按《永久性膀胱造瘘健康教育指引单》对患者需掌握的内容进行详细讲解和示范。出院1年时,分别采用泌尿造瘘口自我护理量表、SF-36生存质量表评估2组患者自我护理能力、生活质量,并比较并发症发生情况。结果干预组自护能力、生活质量评分明显高于对照组,而并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论回授法联合微信进行健康教育,有助于提高永久性膀胱造瘘患者的自护能力及生活质量,同时能减少并发症的发生。Objective To explore the effect of teach-back combined with Wechat health education on the quality of life in patients undergoing permanent cystostomy.Methods Using purposive sampling,48 patients who underwent permanent cystostomy from January to June 2022 were assigned to receive one-on-one oral health education(control group),and 44 patients who underwent permanent cystostomy from July to December 2022 were assigned to receive one-on-one oral health education,teach-back and Wechat health education(intervention group).According to the“Permanent Vesicostomy Health Education Guidelines”,the contents that patients needed to master were explained and demonstrated in detail.At 1 year after discharge from hospital,the self-care ability and quality of life of patients were evaluated using the Urostomy Self-Care Scale and the Short-Form 36-Item Health Questionnaire(SF-36),respectively.In addition,the incidence of complications was compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-care ability and quality of life in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Teach-back combined with Wechat health education can improve the self-care ability and quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications in patients undergoing permanent cystostomy.
