摘  要:心血管疾病(CVD)具有高患病率、高病死率等特点,对人类健康造成严重威胁。自19世纪发现线粒体异常会导致心血管严重受损,临床数据证实对线粒体靶向治疗可显著降低心血管受损,然而当前通过临床试验的线粒体靶向药物寥寥无几。因此寻找新型线粒体靶向药物迫在眉睫。有机硒化合物依布硒啉(EbSe)具有多种药理活性,其作用靶点主要位于线粒体上。研究表明EbSe具有抗炎、抗脑卒中、心血管保护等作用,尤其对心血管保护具有可观的应用前景。本综述主要阐述EbSe对心血管系统线粒体保护作用的研究进展,以期为CVD治疗提供新思路。Cardiovascular disease(CVD)poses a serious threat to human health due to its high prevalence and mortality rates.Since the 19th century,it has been discovered that mitochondrial abnormalities lead to severe cardiovascular damage.Clinical data has confirmed that mitochondrial-targeted therapy significantly reduces cardiovascular damage.However,there are currently very few mitochondrial-targeted drugs that have passed in clinical trials.Therefore,it is urgent to search for new mitochondrial-targeted drugs.The organic selenium compound ebselen(EbSe)has various pharmacological activities,with its main target located on mitochondria.Research has shown that EbSe has anti-inflammatory,anti-stroke,and cardiovascular protective effects.More importantly,it has considerable prospects for cardiovascular protection.This review mainly elaborates on the research progress of the protective effect of EbSe on mitochondria in cardiovascular system,aiming to provide new ideas for the treatment of CVD.
