摘　　要：目的 分析三通针法结合脉冲激光治疗在带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)中的治疗效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年1月荆州市中医医院收治的80例PHN患者,按随机数表法分为两组,每组各40例。对照组行普通针刺联合脉冲激光治疗,观察组行三通针法结合脉冲激光治疗,10 d为1个疗程,持续治疗2个疗程。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、抑郁程度、睡眠质量。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且治疗后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)内各维度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 三通针法结合脉冲激光治疗PHN患者效果显著,可减轻疼痛,缓解抑郁,有利于睡眠质量的改善。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of three-way acupuncture combined with pulse laser in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods A total of 80 PHN patients admitted to Jingzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received ordinary acupuncture combined with pulse laser treatment,while the observation group received three-way acupuncture combined with pulse laser treatment,with 10 days as a course of treatment,and continuous treatment for 2 courses.The clinical efficacy,pain level,depression level,and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of various dimensions in the visual analogue scale(VAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) after treatment were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion The combination of three-way acupuncture and pulse laser treatment has a significant effect on PHN patients,which can alleviate pain,relieve depression,and improve sleep quality.
