摘　　要：目的 探究独根固本颗粒基于“补虚泻实”理论治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)早期腹膜透析(PD)患者的临床效果及预后。方法 选取2018年7月至2022年2月就诊于威海市中医院肾病科行早期PD的100例CRF患者,根据随机数表法分为对照组50例和观察组50例,对照组行基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用独根固本颗粒治疗,连续治疗1个月。比较两组临床疗效、肾功能、生存质量。结果 观察组临床总有效率(88.00%)高于对照组(66.00%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后两组肾功能较治疗前显著改善,观察组改善程度显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后两组生存质量评分较治疗前明显升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 独根固本颗粒基于“补虚泻实”理论治疗CRF早期PD患者,不仅能够有效改善临床疗效,而且极大程度地保护了残余肾功能,患者生存质量得到提高,该药物值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and prognosis of Dugen Guben Granules in the treatment of chronic renal failure(CRF) patients having underwent early-start peritoneal dialysis(PD) based on the theory of tonifying deficiency and reducing excess.Methods A total of 100 CRF patients having underwent early-start PD at the Department of Nephrology,Weihai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to February 2022were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=50) and the observation group(n=50) using the random number table method.The control group received basic treatment,while the observation group received the continuous treatment of Dugen Guben Granules for one month in addition to the basic treatment.The clinical efficacy,renal function,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(88.00%) was higher than that of the control group(66.00%),with the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with baseline level before treatment,the renal function in the two groups improved significantly after treatment,and the observed magnitude of improvement in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with baseline level before treatment,the quality of life scale scores in the two groups significantly increased after treatment,and the observed magnitude of increase in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P <.05).Conclusion The application of Dugen Guben Granules in the treatment of CRF patients having underwent early-start PD based on the theory of tonifying deficiency and reducing excess can not only effectively improve clinical efficacy,but also greatly protect residual renal function,improve patients' quality of life,and the drug is worthy of widespread clinical application.
