摘 要:目的分析某三甲医院手术室护理人员职业倦怠的情况及其影响因素,并针对分析结果进行干预建议。方法选取莆田学院附属医院2022年1—12月共51名手术室护理人员作为研究对象,通过职业倦怠评估量表(MBI-GS)评分调查其职业倦怠情况并分析其影响因素,提出基于马斯洛需求理论的应对策略。结果全部手术室护理人员平均MBI-GS评分为(57.70±11.26)分,其中最高78.67分,最低34.67分,得分≥50分的占78.40%。不同工作年限、职称及护理层级的护理人员MBI-GS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.017、P<0.017、P<0.008)。工作年限在10~20年的评分最高,为(67.76±5.95)分,职称为中级的评分最高,为(63.05±8.84)分,护理层级为N3的评分最高,为(63.05±8.84)分。学历及是否有编制的护理人员MBI-GS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对工作感到满意共11名(21.57%),对工作感到一般满意共38名(74.51%),对工作不满意共2名(3.92%)。总满意度为96.10%。结论本院手术室护理人员职业倦怠较为普遍,与工作年限、职称及护理层级密切相关,根据调查结果给予及时干预可帮助护理人员缓解职业倦怠感,改善工作满意度。Objective To analyze the status and influencing factors of occupational burnout among nursing staff in the operating room of a grade-A tertiary hospital,and provide intervention suggestions based on the analysis results.Methods A total of 51 nursing staff in the Operating Room of the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from January to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Their occupational burnout status was investigated through the maslach burnout inventory-general survey(MBI-GS)score,with the influencing factors analyzed,and corresponding strategies based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs were proposed.Results The MBI-GS score of all nursing staff in the operating room was(57.70±11.26)points,with the highest score of 78.67 points and the lowest score of 34.67 point.78.40%of them scored≥50 points.The MBI-GS scores among nursing staff with different years of service,professional titles,and nursing levels were compared,with statistically significant difference(P<0.017,P<0.017,P<0.008).The highest score was(67.76±5.95)points for those who had worked for 10-20 years,(63.05±8.84)points for those with intermediate titles,and(63.05±8.84)points for those with nursing level N3.The MBI-GS scores of nursing staff with different educational background and with or without authorized identity were compared,without statistically significant difference(P>0.05).A total of 11 people(21.57%)were satisfied with their work,38 people(74.51%)were generally satisfied with their work,and 2 people(3.92%)were dissatisfied with their work.The total satisfaction rate was 96.10%.Conclusion Occupational burnout is common among nursing staff in the operating room of our hospital,which is closely related to their years of service,professional titles,and nursing levels.Timely intervention based on the survey results can help nursing staff alleviate occupational burnout and improve work satisfaction.
