摘　　要：我国高度重视生物安全工作的开展,低等级生物安全实验室作为基数最大、应用场景最广、使用人员最多的基础性生物安全研究场所,其管理水平直接关系到生物医药领域的发展以及人民群众的健康安全。因此加强我国低等级生物安全实验室管理体系建设,切实落实生物安全管理制度,完善监管体系,有效防控风险因素,规范管理使用微生物菌(毒)种资源,推动生物安全人才培养尤为重要。本文结合我国现有相关政策,针对我国低等级生物安全实验室管理体系建设、现存问题与对策进行探析。China attaches great importance to the development of biosafety work.Low-level biosafety laboratories serve as basic biosafety research sites with the largest base,the widest application scenarios,and the largest number of users,and their management level is directly related to the development of the biopharmaceutical field and the health and safety of the people.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the construction of the management system for low-level biosafety laboratories in China,effectively implement the biosafety management system,improve the regulatory system,effectively prevent and control risk factors,reasonably manage and use microbial and viral resources,and promote the cultivation of biosafety talents.Based on existing relevant policies,this article explores the construction,existing problems,and countermeasures of the management system for low-level biosafety laboratories i n China.
