盆炎净口服液治疗大鼠盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的作用机制

摘　　要：目的:分析盆炎净口服液治疗大鼠盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(SPID)的作用机制。方法:选取SPF级SD雌性大鼠60只,依据随机数字表法分为6组,分别为正常组、模型组、康妇炎组及治疗高、中、低剂量组,各10只。除正常组外,其余各组采用苯酚胶浆法复制SPID大鼠模型,康妇炎组接受康妇炎治疗,治疗高、中、低剂量组接受不同剂量的盆炎净口服液治疗,比较各组一般情况、子宫情况、相关因子水平及蛋白表达情况。结果:各组子宫重量系数比较,模型组>治疗低剂量组>治疗中剂量组>康妇炎组>治疗高剂量组>正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗高、中、低剂量组及康妇炎组子宫及其周围组织粘连与纤维化轻于模型组。康妇炎组、治疗中剂量组、治疗高剂量组肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)水平低于模型组,治疗低剂量组与治疗中剂量组高于康妇炎组,治疗高剂量组TNF-α、IL-6、ICAM-1水平低于治疗低剂量组与治疗中剂量组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。康妇炎组、治疗中剂量组、治疗高剂量组抑制性κB激酶β蛋白表达量低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盆炎净口服液治疗大鼠SPID效果显著,可通过抑制TNF-α、IL-6、ICAM-1的释放减轻SPID大鼠炎性反应,改善子宫及其周围组织的粘连与纤维化。Objective:To analyze the mechanism of Penyanjing oral liquid in treating the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease(SPID) in rats.Methods:A total of sixty SPF SD female rats were selected and divided into 6 groups according to random number table method:normal group,model group,Kangfuyan group and high,medium and low dose treatment groups,with ten rats each.Except the normal group,the SPID rat model was replicated by phenol paste method in other groups,and Kangfuyan group was treated with Kangfuyan.High,medium and low dose groups were treated with different doses of Penyanjing oral liquid.The general condition,uterine condition,levels of related factors and protein expression of all groups were compared.Results:The uterine weight coefficient of all groups was compared,model group > low dose treatment group > medium dose treatment group >Kangfuyan group > high dose treatment group > normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the adhesion and fibrosis of uterus and its surrounding tissues were slight in the high,medium and low dose groups and the Kangfuyan group;The levels of tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6) and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) in Kangfuyan group,medium dose group and high dose group were lower than those in model group,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and ICAM-1 in low dose and medium dose groups were higher than those in Kangfuyan group,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and ICAM-1 in high dose group were lower than those in low dose group and medium dose group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The inhibitory κ B kinase β(I κ K β) protein expression in Kangfuyan group,medium dose group and high dose group was lower than that in model group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Penyanjing oral liquid has a remarkable effect on SPID in rats,and can reduce the inflammatory response of SPID rats by inhibiting the release of TNF-α,IL-6 and ICAM-1,and improve the adhesion and fibr
