游离植皮联合创口可调节负压治疗技术修复慢性创面的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析游离植皮联合创口可调节负压治疗技术修复慢性创面的效果。方法:选取2015年1月—2022年12月邯郸邯钢医院收治的80例慢性创面患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用传统植皮加压包扎治疗,观察组采用游离植皮联合创口可调节负压治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组换药次数、每周抗生素使用频率低于对照组,创口愈合时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:游离植皮联合创口可调节负压治疗修复慢性创面的效果较好,可减少患者换药次数及抗生素使用频率,缓解疼痛,缩短伤口愈合时间和住院时间。Objective:To analyze the effect of free skin grafting combined with wound adjustable negative pressure treatment technology on repairing chronic wounds.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic wounds admitted to Handan Hangang Hospital from January 2015 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received traditional skin grafting and pressure dressing treatment,while the observation group received free skin grafting combined with adjustable negative pressure treatment.The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The number of dressing changes and the frequency of weekly antibiotic use in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the wound healing time in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,the length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the visual analogue scale score in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The combination of free skin grafting and wound adjustable negative pressure treatment has good effect on repairing chronic wounds,and can reduce the number of dressing changes and the frequency of antibiotic use,alleviate pain,shorten wound healing time and length of hospital stay.
