直视气管插管抢救危重症患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析直视气管插管在危重症患者急诊抢救中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2022年7月武汉市汉口医院收治的危重症患者74例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各37例。对照组应用经鼻气管插管抢救,研究组应用直视气管插管抢救,比较两组不良反应发生情况、首次插管成功率、总插管成功率及平均插管时间。结果:研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。研究组首次插管成功率、总插管成功率高于对照组,平均插管时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:危重症患者急诊抢救中应用直视气管插管效果较好,可降低不良反应发生率,提高首次插管成功率和总插管成功率,缩短插管时间。Objective:To analyze the application effect of direct endotracheal intubation in emergency rescue of critically ill patients.Methods:A total of 74 critically ill patients who were admitted to Wuhan Hankou Hospital from July 2021 to July 2022were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was rescued using nasotracheal intubation,and the study group was rescued using direct endotracheal intubation.The occurrence of adverse reactions,first intubation success rate,total intubation success rate and average intubation time of the two groups were compared.Results:The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).The first intubation success rate and total intubation success rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the average intubation time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of direct endotracheal intubation in emergency rescue of critically ill patients has good effects,which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,increase the first intubation success rate and total intubation success rate,and shorten the intubation time.
