银花泌炎灵片联合左氧氟沙星治疗急性附睾炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析银花泌炎灵片联合左氧氟沙星治疗急性附睾炎的效果。方法:选取2015年9月—2022年5月广州市白云区妇幼保健院收治的急性附睾炎患者76例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各38例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予银花泌炎灵片。比较两组临床疗效、中医症状评分、疼痛程度、附睾结节直径、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.033)。治疗后,两组中医症状评分、视觉模拟评分法评分、附睾结节直径和CRP水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:银花泌炎灵片联合左氧氟沙星治疗急性附睾炎的效果较好,可缓解症状,减轻疼痛,缩小附睾结节,减轻炎性反应,且不会增加不良反应。Objective:To analyze the effect of Yinhua Miyanling Tablet combined with Levofloxacin in treatment of acute epididymitis.Methods:A total of 76 patients with acute epididymitis admitted to Guangzhou Baiyun District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2015 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment and the observation group received Yinhua Miyanling Tablet treatment on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,pain level,epididymal nodule diameter,C-reactive protein(CRP) level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.033).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,visual analogue scale score,epididymal nodule diameter and CRP level in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yinhua Miyanling Tablet combined with Levofloxacin is effective in treatment of acute epididymitis,and relieve symptoms,alleviate pain,reduce epididymal nodule,and alleviate inflammatory reaction without increasing adverse reactions.
