摘　　要：目的:分析罗伊(ROY)适应护理在糖尿病足患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年5月深圳市中医院收治的糖尿病足患者96例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各48例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施ROY适应护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.036)。护理后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组自我管理能力、生活质量评分高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ROY适应护理在糖尿病足患者护理中的应用效果较好,可改善患者血糖水平,提升自我管理能力及生活质量。Objective:To analyze application effect of ROY adaptive nursing in the nursing of diabetic foot patients.Methods:A total of ninety-six diabetic foot patients admitted to Shenzhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to May2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with forty-eight cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received ROY adaptive nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.036);After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After nursing,the scores of self-management ability and quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ROY adaptive nursing in the nursing of diabetic foot patients has a good effect,which can improve the blood glucose level of patients,improve self-management ability and quality of life.
