综合护理在儿童计划免疫接种中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析综合护理在儿童计划免疫接种中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年6—12月于北京市海淀区甘家口医院门诊接受疫苗接种的132名儿童及其家长作为研究对象,依据随机数字法分为对照组、观察组,各66对。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组接种护理、观察时间、接种目的、注意事项、疫苗种类评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组知识、态度、行为评分以及总分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组儿童接种依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007)。观察组护理服务态度、护士沟通力、护理效果与质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:综合护理在儿童计划免疫接种中的应用效果显著,可提高儿童家长接种认知与知信行水平、护理满意度及儿童接种的依从性。Objective:To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in children's planned immunization.Methods:A total of 132 children who received vaccination in the clinic of Ganjiakou Hospital in Haidian District of Beijing from June 2021 to December 2021 and their parents were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 66 pairs in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of immunization nursing,observation time,immunization purpose,precautions and vaccine type in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of knowledge,attitude,behavior and total scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vaccination compliance rate of children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.007).The scores of nursing service attitude,nurses' communication ability,nursing effect and quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing in children's planned immunization has a significant effect,which can improve the vaccination cognition,the knowledge,attitude and practice levels of children's parents,nursing satisfaction and vaccination compliance rate of children.
