摘  要:为进一步提高鄂尔多斯盆地DS特低渗油田水驱开发后的采收率,研制了一种适合特低渗油田的新型磺酸盐双子表面活性剂14-1-14,并评价其界面活性、润湿性能、防膨性能和降压增注效果。结果表明,这种双子表面活性剂具有出色的界面活性,能够将油水界面张力降低到10^(-3) mN·m^(-1)的量级;此外,该双子表面活性剂还具有良好的润湿改变能力和防膨性能;当浓度为0.05wt%~0.5wt%时,注入14-1-14双子表面活性剂溶液,降压率最高可达28.92%,水相渗透率最高提升23.09%。上述实验结果表明,14-1-14双子表面活性剂对提高特低渗油田的采收率具有较好的推广应用前景。In order to further improve the recovery rate of DS ultra-low permeability oil field after water flooding development in the Ordos Basin,a new type of sulfonate gemini surfactant 14-1-14 suitable for ultra-low permeability oil fields was developed,and its interfacial activity,wetting performance,anti-swelling performance,and pressure reducing and injection increasing effect were evaluated.The results show that this gemini surfactant has excellent interfacial activity,which can reduce the interfacial tension between oil and water to the order of 10^(-3)mN·m^(-1);In addition,the gemini surfactant also has good wetting change ability and anti-swelling performance;When the concentration is between 0.05wt%and 0.5wt%,injecting a 14-1-14 gemini surfactant solution,the highest depressurization rate can reach 28.92%,and the highest increase in water phase permeability is 23.09%.The above experimental results indicate that 14-1-14 gemini surfactant has good prospects for promotion and application in improving the recovery rate of ultra-low permeability oil fields.
