摘 要:为了实现全程自养脱氮工艺在处理含有机物废水中的应用,考察有机物存在时全程自养脱氮工艺的启动、运行工况与微生物群落结构演变,通过低溶解氧和生物膜菌种富集的控制策略,缓解有机物对厌氧氨氧化菌的抑制,实现全程自养脱氮工艺启动和功能微生物的富集。结果表明,当进水化学需氧量质量浓度为600 mg/L时,全程自养脱氮工艺启动,在反应器稳定运行期间总无机氮去除率最高达到79.46%;三维荧光光谱显示腐殖酸类和富里酸类物质是主要的微生物代谢产物;微生物高通量测序显示厌氧氨氧化菌的优势属Candidatus Kuenenia和Candidatus Brocadia的相对丰度分别从0.02%和0.01%增加到10.47%和4.45%,成功实现厌氧氨氧化菌的富集。To promote the practical application of the completely autotrophic nitrogen removal over nitrite(CANON)process in treatment of organic-containing wastewater,starting,operating conditions and microbial community structure of CANON process in the presence of organic matter were investigated.Through the control strategy of low dissolved oxygen and biofilm bacteria enrichment,the inhibition of organic matter on anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria(AnAOB)was alleviated,and starting of CANON process and enrichment of functional microorganisms were realized.The results show that,when the influent mass concentration of chemical oxygen demand in the influent is 600 mg/L,CANON process starts,and the highest total inorganic nitrogen removal rate is 79.46%during the stable operation of the reactor.Three-dimensional fluorescence spectra show that humic and fulvic acids are the main microbial metabolites.Microbial high-throughput sequencing results show that the relative abundance of Candidatus Kuenenia and Candidatus Brocadia,key genera of AnAOB,increase from 0.02%and 0.01%to 10.47%and 4.45%respectively,indicating that the enrichment of AnAOB is achieved successfully.
