摘 要:燃气轮机透平转子是机组中的重要部件,将燃气热力学能转换为机械能,其动叶叶顶至缸体静子部件的间隙直接影响能量转化效率。针对燃气轮机中修需把转子拉回工厂进行修理的问题,开发了燃气轮机透平转子动叶叶顶现场磨削工艺方案,其重点在于根据测量的全缸及半缸叶顶间隙数据计算内张口值,以确定叶顶磨削余量。然后建立液压工作站实现转子回转,并开发现场叶顶磨削设备对透平动叶叶顶进行磨削。现场测量结果显示磨削后叶顶间隙符合公差要求,单机效率和出力均有提升。同时,采用该方案能够实现转子现场修理,缩短维修工期,节省运输成本。研究成果可为制定类似透平动叶叶顶的现场磨削工艺提供参考。Rotor is an important part of the gas turbine unit,which converts the thermodynamic energy of gas into mechanical energy.The clearance between the tip of rotating blades and the stationary parts has direct impact on the energy conversion efficiency.During the intermediate maintenance of gas turbine,the rotor repair needs to be done back in the manufacturer.Aimed at the problem,a corresponding on-site grinding process scheme for the rotating blade tip of gas turbine was developed.Adopting this scheme,the inner opening value of the cylinder was calculated according to the measured clearance data of blade tip in conditions of whole cylinder and half cylinder,so the tip grinding allowance was determined.Afterwards,the rotor rotation was realized by establishment of a hydraulic workstation,and the rotating blade tip was grinded by the newly developed on-site grinding equipment.The grinding results could meet the tolerance requirements,and the efficiency and output of single unit were improved.On-site repair could be carried out adopting this scheme,resulting in shortened maintenance period and less transportation cost.The research results can provide reference for the similar process planning of on-site grinding of rotating blade tip in turbine.
